Production Facility
Gettens Properties is the general contractor for this 125,000 square foot, multiple structure century building. We have worked with the ownership group closely to refit the building to allow for a robust and efficient operation within the structures historic character. Their needs included a phased approach that allowed for continuous operation while maintaining space flexibility for future development needs. The project has been a tremendous success and continues to evolve as business and production demands change.
Multi-Tenant Residential
We have a successful history of managing first rate multi-tenant and single family occupied properties throughout Northeast Ohio. the school & Event Center
The owners representative and general contractor; Gettens Properties is leading the transformation of this 25,000 square foot location for the well known Paul Mitchell brand. With multiple uses within the same building, coordination has been critical to a successful opening scheduled for 2024. Gettens Properties has handled the city building department relationships, plan review, planning commission meetings, demolition phase, bid process for all trades, subcontractor acquisition and daily construction oversight.

Regan founded Gettens Properties to put into practice his 20 years of involvement in each of the commercial real estate disciplines. He leverages his industry relationships to provide trusted guidance that ensure unparalleled results.
Prior to Gettens Properties, Mr. Gettens rose through executive leadership roles with Fairmount Properties, a well-respected industry leader across multiple real estate platforms throughout the United States. His responsibilities included: development operations, property and construction management, leasing, marketing and community outreach which remain his passions.
